The Em Collective was built on a belief that has guided my entire career: the work that matters deserves systems that prove it.
I have always been drawn to depth. I am curious about how systems move, how people grow, and how patterns emerge beneath the surface. My work spans public health evaluation, prevention strategy, and statewide reporting systems — built for public health agencies, nonprofits, universities, and the athletes and athletic programs I work with through TrendForm Lab.
I have led sexual violence prevention initiatives, designed evaluation structures that help organizations operate with integrity, and built accountability frameworks that hold up under funder scrutiny.
What brings me the greatest joy is building stories with data. Dashboard creation and data storytelling allow me to lean fully into both my intelligence and my creativity. I see narrative in numbers and momentum in metrics. When I build a dashboard, I am not simply organizing information — I am shaping insight and creating a visual language that helps leaders see what was always there, just slightly out of focus.
I lead with relationship and strategic thinking. I care deeply about the people behind the work and naturally look for patterns, alternative pathways, and better alignments that simplify complexity with precision.
Outside of consulting, I am immersed in sports analytics, studying performance arcs and competitive psychology, or near the water, fascinated by the ocean’s rhythm and depth. The ocean reminds me that complexity holds pattern. Sports remind me that growth is measurable. Both influence how I design systems.
